If you have hired a wedding planner, they will be able to offer more advice on when you should send out your invites. Generally speaking, they will have a better insight into your overall wedding picture and will advise what's based on your situation.

If you haven’t hired a wedding planner, remember to take into consideration the location of your wedding day, how far your guests will have to travel to attend your event, and how many people you have attending. All these factors will likely influence the time scale.

In order to request adjustments, simply add a note to your order. Towards the bottom of the checkout page you will see a notes section. All notes will be passed on to our design concierge team and printers. You will then be sent a design proof for you to confirm before sending to print. Just a note, please keep a look out for emails from our designers as they will likely request feedback from yourselves to ensure your invites are tailored to your and your preferences.

Step 5: Checkout

Finally, once completing your suite and adding everything to your cart, it's time to checkout. Be sure to enter the correct delivery information to ensure your invites arrive safely and securely.

Once the transaction has been completed you should receive an order confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours, please get in touch via [email protected]. In addition, you will likely receive an email from our design concierge team. This will likely involve sending a print proof before actually sending your invitation to our in-house printing specialists.

It is likely that your order will be processed within 48-72 hours (may take longer during peak season and weekends) before sending to print once your proof is confirmed.
